At Merino, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchase. If your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is folded neatly to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
